It's always the people who make the difference and the two who looked after us during our stay could not have been better. Warm and welcoming it was like staying with friends and yet there was always professionalism and attention to detail. Whilst our quite spacious 'small' room may not have had quite the style of the public areas it was nevertheless very comfortable. The team took a pride in offering food and drink of a high quality with some interesting and unusual offerings and yet it all felt comfortable and not at all pretentious. A great location and we were comfortable leaving the motorbike in their car park.

First of all: the staff! They are ALL super friendly and very helpful. Upon arrival they informed us right away about sightseeing's in close proximity which brought us within half an hour walk to a beautiful waterfall even before dinner. The room had an amazing view and the bed was one of the best I ever had in a hotel. Speaking of dinner: don't miss out on their dinner especially with their wines ... and they know how to pair your dinner with the right wine. Breakfast is very good! Fresh made eggs and fish upon request from a small menu, smoothies, good coffee (freshly made upon request too) and again: super staff. Waking up with this view and then being met with very friendly staff and such a good breakfast is unforgettable.

Maja is an exceptional person and host , super helpful and kind. Christina in the reception as well super helpful Breakfast amazing,highly recommended it.

Garni Hotel Miklič je hotel s 3 zvezdicami, ugnezden sredi gor v Kranjski Gori, ob vznožju Vitranca in neposredno ob smučišču. A very clean and quiet family operated hotel. Quality constructed with hard wood stairs, great bathroom fixtures and comfy beds. The breakfast is fantastic. The hotel has a small gym, and you can also book your own private use of the sauna (extra fee).

Letovišče Špik Alpine Wellness Resort se nahaja v Gozdu Martuljku, 5 km od Kranjske Gore. Very clean, modern and well kept premises. Important to have transport to reach premises but offers a very good car park for residents. Breakfast was very good. Lots of different facilities available

We had a great time at Hotel Spik. The food was excellent (breakfast and dinner), the room was large and tidy. We were so lucky that we got a room with a view to the mountains which made our staying even more memorable. The location is great, bike routes are easy to access. Kranjska Gora is about 15 minutes by bike. The hotel even provides a lockable bicycle storage. We are very satisfied and would go back anytime! We highly recommend this hotel to people who love being close to nature.
