Great service from the front desk to the executive lounge to the pool to the breakfast place. I would like to call out the exceptional patience and friendly gentlemen at the executive lounge. He goes out of his way to make sure that his guests enjoy their time spent at the lounge. His patience with those with young family members is also commendable! Thank you and will definitely be staying at this hotel when I return to Taipei.

The room was beautiful, and the extra amenities of bottled water was appreciated after a long flight. The location is great for shopping and finding what the locals like to eat. Location is pretty good. It's close to the LongShanSi MRT and there are small eateries around. There are a couple of convenience stores just outside the hotel. There's a train station next door that will bring you to other towns. On a high note, there are a couple of night markets that are not too far away. All said, it's a convenient location as it's just 1 stop away from XimenDing and several stops to MRT interchanges that will bring you to other MRT lines. There's a freeflow dispenser for water (hot/cold) and ice on 17th Floor.
